Unfortunately, I just discover that one of the six voices no longer works, another germanium transistor issue! So there is still work to do but I have no money anymore to pay the tech, even if the biggest part of the restoration project is done. To have the organ part fixed, I spent near 500 euros (invoice on request) and believed it had been done completely. An adjustment by a specialist may improve. The guitar part works perfectly, though the neck is surely not the best you can have in hand. The "percussion repeat" circuit must be checked and probably fitted with a new potentiometer. Two buttons are missing, as well as the optional electronic plectrum (build a new one could be easy). The original case is in really poor shape but the guitar itself is good despite some scratches and cracks in the paint (as shown). ![]() ![]() This is the legendary Vox guitar organ, for most parts in working order, although it requires care.
